Who I am

This website belongs to G.I.N.A. Global Innovation for New Awareness, trading under the names G.I.N.A. Global Innovation for New Awareness and Hypno-Matters, registered with the KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) under number 99992515. What data I process

Data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, whether you're booking as an individual or an organization, your preferred language and what you share about your question.

Your email address if you sign up for the retreat waitlist.

Messages you send via WhatsApp or email.

During a program: notes about your sessions and your goal.

Billing details: name, address and, for an organization, the company details.

Data about your health

What you tell me about stress, anxiety or other concerns may be information about your health. This is a special category of personal data. I only process it with your explicit consent and only to be able to support you properly. I don't share it with anyone, including your employer.

What I use your data for

To contact you after your request

To schedule sessions and support you

To invoice and comply with my legal record-keeping obligations

To keep you informed about the retreats, only if you have signed up for that

How long I keep your data

Requests that don't lead to further contact: up to 6 months

Session notes: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner

Invoices: 7 years, as required by law

Waitlist: until you unsubscribe

Who I share data with

I never sell your data. I only use services that are necessary to do my work, such as the hosting of this website, email, a video platform for online sessions and accounting software. Agreements have been made with these parties about keeping your data secure.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies and anonymized statistics, without you being personally identifiable.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also request a copy of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@ginarumawas.com. I'll respond within four weeks. Not satisfied with how I handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).

I take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https) and password-protected access.
